20% Member Savings
Longevity members receive 20% preferred pricing across most of the Rejuv ecosystem.
Eligible Categories Include:
- Esthetician services
- Advanced skin treatments
- Opus / advanced skin resurfacing
- Microchanneling
- PRP / PRF
- Sexual wellness
- Body contouring
- IV therapy
- Peptide therapy
- Other eligible Rejuv services
Member Service Flexibility
The included esthetics benefit is flexible. Examples of qualifying esthetician / member service choices may include:
- Signature Facial
- Back Facial
- Teen Skin Facial
- Dermaplaning
- Cavitation + RF
- Other designated member services
Higher-cost treatments may require an upgrade.
Chemical peels are not automatically included and remain By Consultation.
Rollover Rules
Members may carry forward a maximum of ONE unused included benefit of each type at any time. Benefits do not stack indefinitely.
- A member may have one unused IV carried forward, but cannot accumulate four or five unused IVs.
- Use the same principle for included esthetics and wellness-injection benefits.
Gifting Privileges
Eligible unused included benefits may be gifted to a friend, family member, employee or client who is new to Rejuv or has not received services from Rejuv within the previous 12 months.
- Gifted benefits have no cash value.
- Gifted benefits cannot be re-gifted.
- Gifted benefits must be used according to membership eligibility rules.
Dependent Children
Members may use eligible esthetician benefits for their dependent children regardless of existing-patient status.
Example: A parent may use an eligible esthetician benefit for their teen's Teen Skin Facial.
Member Savings Exclusions
The 20% member savings does NOT apply to:
- Hormone therapy / TRT / BHRT
- Medical weight management
- Neurotoxins
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulators
Rejuv Bank funds may still be used toward these services.
Note: Rejuv Bank funds are NOT giftable or transferable. Rejuv Bank is accumulated prepaid member money that may be used toward Rejuv services. It is different from promotional credit and different from included service benefits. Rejuv Bank funds accumulate while your membership is active. Additional terms apply. Couples must reside in the same household.

START WITH 3 MONTHS
For patients who want a shorter initial commitment.
During the first 90 days:
- Monthly benefits begin immediately
- Standard 20% eligible-service savings begin immediately
- High-ticket eligible services/packages with a regular price of $500+ do NOT receive the 20% savings during the first 90 days
Beginning Month 4:
Full 20% eligible-service pricing unlocks for eligible high-ticket treatments and packages.
6-MONTH COMMITMENT
UNLOCK FULL LONGEVITY PRICING FROM DAY ONE WITH A 6-MONTH COMMITMENT.
Members who choose a 6-month initial commitment receive full 20% eligible-service pricing — including eligible high-ticket treatments and packages — beginning Day 1.
